WHAT IS A NIKAYLA & CO. ASSOCIATE?
Nikayla & Co has a number of associate photographers and videographers on the team who are ready to serve you wherever you’re getting married. They are spread out all over the country and have been trained to shoot in the Nikayla & Co. style. If you’re looking for someone who knows the mass forward & backward and is zealous about their faith, they’ve got that down too. Having an associate team allows us the chance to do more weddings in a weekend, serve more clients at all different budgets, and connect with truly amazing individuals & couples. MADDIE & DOMINIC
Maddie and Dominic were married at the stunning Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I simply cannot express how much I loved the green marble floor on the altar and the stained glass windows at the back of the church. Maddie’s sister made her earrings and her dad was visibly fighting back the tears as he walked her down the aisle. Their reception was at the Houston County Fairgrounds.

EMILY & ERIC
Emily and Eric were married at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Denver, Colorado with a reception at the Mount Vernon Canyon Club. She wore her mom’s wedding dress and then changed for the reception. Eric’s family is super into card games and often jokes during a moment of silence saying, “well I guess we’ve run out of things to talk about.” So Emily gifted him a deck of Saint playing cards at their reception with a note saying, “For when we run out of things to talk about.” Finally, fun fact: the main celebrant for their wedding is Eric’s high school best friend.

Abby and Richard’s wedding day was nothing short of breathtaking. My team started the day with Abby getting ready and having her makeup done by one of my favorite people ever, Sydney. Then they moved to Nativity of Our Lord for a first look, portraits, and a beautiful wedding mass. After, were more portraits and a reception at Vadnais Heights Commons in Minnesota.

Ashley and Alex were married at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Faribault, Minnesota. I really love that they both had a time of prayer with their people before the ceremony (they opted out of a first look so this was a great way to still have that communal prayer time!). Their reception was at the Holiday Inn featuring an incredible entrance where they were both carried in.

Megan and Aidan’s fall associate weddings was at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck, North Dakota. All of Megan’s first looks were so sweet, including this one with her dad in the adoration chapel at the Cathedral. Their reception was at the Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center.

Jillian and Manny were married at Sweetest Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Michigan. Their colors were a mixture of chocolate browns with bright pops of white – truly a perfect combination. The reception was held at Batch 154 Pontiac with incredible speeches and so many laughs.

Katie and Sam’s wedding mass was at St. Cecilia’s Cathedral in Omaha, Nebraska. I really love Katie’s tiara from Ellee Couture and the fact all of her jewelry is from her grandma. After their wedding mass, they took portraits outside amongst the bright red and orange leaves. Their reception was held at the Wishing Hills Barn.
