A LENGTHY COUPLE’S SESSION AT VIRGIN HOTEL’S OWN MOROCCAN RESTAURANT, INCREDIBLE SUITE, AND MEXICAN HOT SPOT

Sabrina and Jake found me on instagram and just by the way Sabrina was describing their day, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Sabrina’s family were coming in from Mexico to support her wedding, and Jake himself was from England (just like my in-laws)!
When I asked what they wanted their day to feel like, they used words like “vintage”, “joyful”, and “spontaneous”
As soon as we got to Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas near the strip, the entire family headed to Casa Calavera to grab some margaritas and set up their desserts…

…while Jake, Sabrina, and I wandered around the eclectic and highly stylized restaurant taking photos. Don’t be fooled, there were a bunch of people at tables cheering on Jake and Sabrina as we took portraits!
After the restaurant, we were shown to a hotel suite to take photos there, where the light was cool and the furniture was modern and luxurious.
Finally, we were even shown around the hotel to a restaurant called “The Shag Room”, a moroccan themed restaurant with a bunch of wonderful decor all over, like rugs, light fixtures, and velvet couches.
We popped champagne, laughed, and soaked in the incredible atmosphere of this super cool venue, which hosts Upside Down Tea (spiked!) every Sunday afternoon.
We finally moved back to Casa Calavera on the other side of the hotel to eat and wrap up a very intimate, relaxed reception.
