Intimate Catholic Wedding at the Grandiose St. Michael’s Church | Stillwater, MN | Paul + Maggie

BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC NUPTIAL MASS AND SUNNY PORTRAITS AT THE FAMOUS STILLWATER LIFT BRIDGE

An associate wedding of dreams! My photographer Clare shot this gorgeous wedding. Maggie & Paul’s day is a great example of wanting a shorter day and still capturing moments that are most important to them.

The day began with shooting details and Maggie getting into her amazing and sleek gown with lace detailing all over the top. As soon as she was ready (and glowing), she did a first look with her sweet dad, and then a first look with her soon-to-be-groom!

After the first looks, some sweet church portraits were done with both Maggie and Paul and their bridal party. This church in Stillwater is not only gorgeous, but historic and full of incredible detail, woodwork, and statues.

After doing some family photos, the bridesmaids prayed over Maggie while the groomsmen prayed over Paul, which is absolutely one of the sweetest moments to have photographed.

A flawless ceremony included the couple bringing flowers to Mary, one of my favorite photos of the whole gallery.

To finish the day, Clare took the whole wedding party to the legendary Stillwater Bridge to get some really lovely backlit shots of the bridal party celebrating the fact that their friends were now

husband & wife!
