LEGENDARY GETTING READY MANSION + EMOTIONAL NUPTIAL MASS + VENUE WITH A RAINY, HILLSIDE VIEW

Courtney and Kieran’s beautiful day started at a friend’s mansion in a beautiful California neighborhood. They took the morning slow and got ready with their favorite people. My second shooter did a fantastic job with the guys while I was with the gals! It was the perfect, peaceful getting-ready morning while it rained heavily outside. Courtney was prepped with clear umbrellas in case it kept raining when we needed to go outside for photos.
Once Courtney was dressed in her gorgeous gown, she had a sweet first look with her bridesmaids. The look of pure joy on their faces seeing their friend ready for her wedding day was priceless!

We then headed to the chapel for Courtney and Kieran’s first look. It was a beautifully emotional moment between the two of them. I loved witnessing their love!
Side note: this chapel had a PERSON sized monstrance, like the biggest I’ve ever seen!? I’ve never seen anything like it!
Soon after their first look, it was time for their ceremony. It was beautiful and prayerful! Every moment was intentional and meant so much to both of them.
The rain let up as the ceremony ended and we were able to go to a park really close by with a gorgeous bridge, tall trees, and a patio. The setting was perfect! We had a fun time getting bridal party photos with clear umbrellas and beautiful florals.
We also did Courtney and Kieran’s couple session. It was an honor to capture their love and so meaningful to witness. We also stopped by a coffee shop to get some cozy portraits sipping on some warm coffee.
After photographing the newlyweds we headed to their reception. Their venue had 2 full window walls with a gorgeous, California winter moody landscape outside.
Their reception was full of meaning, detail, and fun: emotional speeches and huge fun dances!
