MORGAN + TJ
We started Morgan + TJ’s engagement session at the Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary in St Paul, MN for some greenery and early fall coloring behind this sweet couple. It was stunning! I loved her chic emerald green wrap dress, and TJ’s outfit complemented Morgan so well. Did you know I help my couples figure out their outfits for their engagement sessions? Don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging in your preparations.
Then we made our way to Hudson, WI to the chilly beach that was giving me coastal England vibes. I adored their second outfit with the coordinating neutral prints and her hat! TJ was all about my prompts to pick up and hold Morgan — I loved that! My goal with my couples in their engagement sessions is to get acquainted in front of the camera and for my couple to feel comfortable enough to trust me in what I’m telling them to do! It might feel weird, but once you see the photo, you’ll see how good you look!
The chilly wind brought the couple a natural desire for extra closeness and a soft, whimsical vibe to the session blowing Morgan’s hair around.
And as it got darker, the city lights behind the couple in the last handful of photos were magical!
And of course, to finish off the session, they had a photo bomb from TJs hilarious son jumping on them
