ELEGANT, TIMELESS & REVERENT WISCONSIN CATHOLIC WEDDING WITH FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, A SOLEMN HIGH MASS, AND DREAMY SPRING COLORS.

What started as a comment under a catholic match making post by Emily Wilson, led to a beautiful spring day filled with so much joy celebrating Andrew & Natalie! From their first Facetime call that lasted five hours, there was no questioning that they enjoyed each other’s company and shared the same values. Now to their wedding day where those five hours led to the start of a lifetime!

Natalie started the day getting ready with her gals and her mom. Notice her crucifix necklace, Andrew had gifted it to her years prior. Plus the diamonds in her engagement ring and wedding band were from her grandma! Natalie noted how sweet it would be to have pieces from her grandparents’ love story with her as she and Andrew built a life together. I always love when sentimental pieces are worn on a wedding day, it makes a wedding wardrobe that much more sentimental. After a quick slip into her dress (which I am obsessed with, that texture of the lace is stunning!), we were off to the church!

The Ceremony
It was a glorious spring day, so nestled in a side garden at St. Stanislaus Catholic Oratory, Andrew and Natalie had their first touch before mass began. The vision for their wedding was “to be a witness of the selfless gift of love”. From Andrew getting teary, a veil being placed over the both of them during the nuptial blessing, and the reverence during the high mass, their entire ceremony was a witness to love. Two fun notes from their nuptial mass: when you are married in the Easter Octave, you use the Easter readings at your ceremony! Also since their mass was in latin, Andrew & Natalie said their vows before the mass began!

Following mass, Andrew & Natalie had the sweetest “oh my goodness we’re married!” moment hidden in the side of the church while their guests lined up for a bubble exit. A grand exit with bubble guns and wands greeted them as they stepped out of the doors as husband and wife. Then some portraits where they glowed in golden St. Stan’s.

There’s nothing more Wisconsin than frozen custard. I even got to enjoy some on the party bus to the venue! We made a quick pit stop for some more pictures with the whole group outside. Then off to the Polish Center of Wisconsin for their reception!

More joy from a night filled with Natalie & Andrew’s nearest and dearest! I could not stop chuckling with these bridal party entrances. (Peep the white hats from getting custard!). Two of my past couples were at the wedding, Grace & Aiden and Xander & Lillie! It is such a joy to see my past couples at their friend’s weddings! Then some sweet speeches, dining & dancing to round out this reverent Wisconsin catholic wedding day!
