WHAT IS A NIKAYLA & CO. ASSOCIATE?
Nikayla & Co has a number of associate photographers and videographers on the team who are ready to serve you wherever you’re getting married. They are spread out all over the country and have been trained to shoot in the Nikayla & Co. style. If you’re looking for someone who knows the mass forward & backward and is zealous about their faith, they’ve got that down too. Having an associate team allows us the chance to do more weddings in a weekend, serve more clients at all different budgets, and connect with truly amazing individuals & couples. CATHOLIC SUMMER ASSOCIATE WEDDINGS: Victoria & Brady
These two were absolutely head over heels for one another and the joy throughout the day was palpable. Victoria & Brady were married at St. Joseph’s Cathedral in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Victoria had one of the most vibrant and glorious bouquets I’ve ever seen! Also, a quick PSA if you are wearing a ballgown, there’s a 100% chance my team and I are going to make you twirl! After mass, Victoria & Brady ended the night at The Veranda by Meadow Barn and it was the perfect ending to a perfect day.

CATHOLIC SUMMER ASSOCIATE WEDDINGS: Tabitha & Joseph
When these two were in high school Tabitha moved two doors down from Joseph, and during a game of cornhole Joseph told Tabitha if he won, he was going to take her on a date (admittedly he knew she was terrible at cornhole). Thankfully, he didn’t let her win because it led to this holy day! Tabitha & Joseph were married at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Golden Valley, Minnesota, followed by a reception to celebrate at Redeemed Farm. Also, never be afraid of a little rain on your wedding day because you can read love letters under an umbrella and we’ll all be crying.

CATHOLIC SUMMER ASSOCIATE WEDDINGS: Erin & Ryan
Every detail of this day from start to finish was so regal – starting with these wax seals of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus from Pieta Paperie. I find them so darling and it was such a sweet way that Erin & Ryan included their faith in the day. These two were married at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Cottleville, Missouri and from a teary first look to a precious hand kiss while walking down the aisle – every part of the mass showed how much they love each other. Then these two celebrated with all their family and friends at Whitmoor Country Club.

CATHOLIC SUMMER ASSOCIATE WEDDINGS: Victoria & Arthur
“We want the day to be centered on the Sacrament of Marriage. For the reception, we want our guests to feel like they were invited to an elevated dinner party at our own home.” Victoria & Arthur nailed their vision. A barista was also in the church courtyard for a coffee social hour and it was genius. Victoria & Arthur were married at St. Pascal Catholic Church in Chicago, Illinois and afterward had a chic rooftop reception at Morgan’s on Fulton.

CATHOLIC SUMMER ASSOCIATE WEDDINGS: Macie & Logan
Macie & Logan were married at St. Paul’s Newman Center which was where they first met each other on a retreat weekend when they were both in college! These two worked together as Peer Ministers at the Newman Center, they helped lead retreats, and they sang together for praise and worship and for masses – what a gift Macie & Logan are! These two ended the day with their family and friends at the St. Paul’s Newman Center.
