A gorgeous and sweet couple, so devoted to one another! They even own a Christian t-shirt, merchandise, and makeup company together!
So here I am, sitting in the growing cold of sweater weather in Nevada (because anything under 70 degrees is chilly here) when I decide that I want to do a tropical shoot in the middle of winter… in the desert. My inspiration was the coasts of Mexico and islands, and my mind moved so quickly through planning this. My Pinterest board was full within hours, and I had called Pancho’s Mexican restaurant to set up a date as fast as I could, and matched it with Cili at Bali Hai, a golf course venue with tons of palms and a sandy beach. Luckily, even in the midst of Covid, most of it went according to plan. I slowly gathered up some vendors that I had wanted to work with, and the plans began to take a real form.
Two of the first people that I reached out to were Nikki, owner of Cactus Canyon Events & Marlene, who owns Lively Bloom. We got on a call way too early (after accidentally Facetiming in all our pajamas and morning hair lol) and hashed out details and dreams. These two have worked together before and were a magical piece of this day!
We got four versatile and luxurious dresses (!) + amazing veils from Maiden White Couture Bridal and some gorgeous pieces of gold jewelry from Aina Bloom Jewelry.

A gorgeous couple who aren’t afraid to kiss in front of a camera and whose love is just so cute, okay?
The day began with Rolyssa and Crystal meeting up with Emily, owner and makeup artist with Set & Fury. The rest of us went over to Pancho’s early int the morning to make everything look perfect. Tablescapes were set up, candles were lit, footage was shot, and photos were taken. One of the reasons I wanted to use Pancho’s Restaurant as a location is the breathtaking tile and staircases there! Pancho’s is able to host events too!
